Premium Quality PU Foam Gun Type A11 is an one-component, high quality multi-purpose polyurethane foam. It is fitted with a plastic adapted head for use with a foam application gun. The foam will expand and cure by moisture in the air. Premium Quality PU Foam is designed for sealing and sealing imperfections, installation of construction components, high sound and thermal insulation, and various other repair and construction tasks.

1.PRODUCT FEATURE OF Premium Quality PU Foam Gun Type A11

●Good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as UPVC, masonry, brick, block work, glass, steel, aluminum, timber and other substrates (except PP, PE and Teflon);
●Strong adhesion for wide of construction material except for plastics, polyethylene and polypropylene;
●Application temperature is between + 5℃ to +35℃;
●Optimal application temperature is between +18℃ to +30℃;
●It contains CFC-free propellants which are harmless to the ozone layer.

Q: What is the different of the pre-expansion and post expansion? Which one is better?

A: Pre-expansion is better. Post expansion will not only damage the doors and windows after curing, but also it will leads the cost of construction higher because more foam must be cut.

Q:What’s the impact for the PU foam with a big bubble or uneven cell?

A: Small bubble or smooth cell is a common performance for good quality PU foam. Big bubble foam will cause thermal and sound insulation ability reduce and it may even be water leakage.
