Building Facades Silicone Sealant N60 is a one part, neutral cure, high performance weather seal silicone sealant which exhibits outstanding physical properties for curtain wall sealing and general building constructions applications. Building Facades Silicone Sealant N60 also has very good UV and weather resistant, superior adhesion to a wide range of surfaces, resulting in a lasting finish. It has a 25 years guarantee against crumbling, cracking or drying.

●One part, can be easily used and extruded with common caulking guns.
●Excellent adhesion to most construction materials without the primmer.
●Outstanding weatherproofing ability, resisting to ultraviolet ray (UV), ozone, snow or temperature extremes.
●Neutral cure, non-acidic, will not corrode metal or other corrosion-sensitive material.

7.FAQ
Q: What’s the reason that after used Neutral silicone sealant, there are some bubble on the surface?
A: When use the silicone sealant into the gap, the gap is damp, after the sunlight contact, it will make the steam effect the un-cured silicone sealant. That’s the reason why there are some bubble on the silicone surface.
Q: What’s the reason that after the silicone sealant cured, it will be crack out of the base material?A: The base material is not match for silicone sealant or there are some duct on the base material surface when use the silicone sealant. In order to avoid this happen. Before use the silicone sealant, please kindly clean the base material surface and recommend to do the compatibility test.
