1.PRODUCT FEATURES OF WEATHERPROOF MS SEALANT
●Solvent-free, PVC-free, isocyanate-free, non-toxic, odorless, and non-polluting to the environment;
●Low modulus, Excellent movement ability 25%;
●Excellent adhesion to most construction materials, Stone, metal, ceramics and concrete;
●Can be used in bad weather thanks to good weather-, temperature-, UV-resistance;
●Can be painted, non-staining waterproof and eco-friendly product;
●Neutral cure, non-acidic, will not corrode metal or other corrosion-sensitive material.

3.APPLICATIONS AREAS OF WEATHERPROOF MS SEALANT
●Jointing filling and sealing of all kinds of marble, granite curtain wall engineering and cement prefabrication engineering;
●Concrete expansion joint sealing of road engineering;
●Sealing of prefabricated building joints and high building expansion joints;
●Sealing of window & door frames, Panel seams and ceilings, Water pipes, roof gutters,movable houses and containers
●Interior decoration sealing.
4.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS OF WEATHERPROOF MS SEALANT
--Thoroughly clean and dry surface from oil, dirt and grease. Allow to dry completely before applying silicone.
--Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, to the size of the gap opening. Screw the nozzle to the top of the cartridge.
--Place the cartridge into a caulking gun.
--Hold the caulking gun at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle opening against the joint, apply steady pressure to the caulking gun and extrude the silicone sealant forcing the sealant into the gap and move in a pushing motion, along the joint in one smooth action.
--Sealant will cure fully in 48 hours. As this point any unwanted sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade, but avoid under cutting the seal.
5.STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE OF WEATHERPROOF MS SEALANT
12 months from manufacture date when store in cool dry locations below 27℃, keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.
